About the Course
With almost 60 years of clinical experience between them, Allyson Cabot, PT, and Gabrielle Shrier, MPT, introduce the Pilates Reformer and its specific value in a Clinical setting. This course focuses on the exercises commonly used in clinical practice and how the Reformer is used in assessing and correcting common movement patterns. Each exercise presented includes patient set up, movement sequence, variations, and applications to common orthopedic injuries. The Workshop Handout will be distributed via email after your registration is completed.
