Introduction to the Reformer
About the Course
This 4-hour Workshop is an introduction to the Pilates Reformer and its value in the clinical setting. Our course focuses on the exercises commonly used in clinical practice and how the Reformer is used in assessing and correcting common movement patterns. Each exercise presented includes patient set up, movement sequence, variations, and applications to common orthopedic injuries. The Workshop Handout will be distributed via email after your registration is completed.
