About the Course
Developed by a physical therapist for use in the clinical environment, the CoreAlign® provides the opportunity to work functional movement patterns including gait, squatting and lunging, reaching and lifting, and integrating whole body movement. It is proven effective in bridging physical therapy to functional fitness. This course is an introduction to CoreAlign exercises and includes the most common exercises used in a clinical setting with detailed equipment set up, clinical applications and safety.
